2026 VR Simulation Hardware Promotion Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern the 2026 VR Simulation Hardware Promotion offered by Spatial Computing Solutions Ltd, trading as Virtual Medical Coaching. The promotion provides eligible institutions purchasing qualifying Virtual Medical Coaching software licences with complimentary Meta Quest 3S virtual reality headsets or an alternative promotional credit, subject to the conditions outlined below.
1. Promoter
This promotion is offered by Spatial Computing Solutions Ltd, a company incorporated in New Zealand, trading as Virtual Medical Coaching.
References in these Terms and Conditions to Virtual Medical Coaching refer to the Virtual Medical Coaching software platform operated by Spatial Computing Solutions Ltd.
2. Promotion Overview
Under the 2026 VR Simulation Hardware Promotion, eligible institutions purchasing qualifying Virtual Medical Coaching software licenses may receive complimentary Meta Quest 3S (128GB) virtual reality headsets.
For every ten (10) qualifying software licenses purchased under a single confirmed order, the institution will receive one (1) Meta Quest 3S headset, or may elect to receive a promotional credit as described in Section 6.
Example allocations:
10 licenses = 1 headset
20 licenses = 2 headsets
50 licenses = 5 headsets
There is no maximum limit on hardware allocation provided the purchase satisfies the eligibility requirements outlined in these Terms and Conditions.
3. Eligibility
To qualify for the promotion:
a. Licenses must be Virtual Medical Coaching software licenses purchased at full price.
b. Licenses must be purchased for a minimum term of one (1) year.
c. Licenses must be purchased under a single confirmed order or agreement.
d. The promotion is available to educational institutions and healthcare training organisations, including but not limited to:
• universities
• community colleges
• technical institutes
• healthcare training institutions
Spatial Computing Solutions Ltd reserves the right to verify eligibility before confirming hardware allocation.
4. Promotion Period
This promotion applies to qualifying licence agreements executed for the 2026 academic intake and signed before 30 September 2026.
Spatial Computing Solutions Ltd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw the promotion for agreements not executed before the promotion closing date.
Executed agreements will not be affected by subsequent changes to the promotion.
5. Non-Combinable Offer
This promotion applies only to full-price Virtual Medical Coaching software licenses and may not be combined with any:
• promotional offer
• discount
• bundled pricing arrangement
• distributor promotion or reseller incentive

6. Hardware Alternative Credit
Eligible institutions may elect, instead of receiving hardware, to receive a credit of NZD $500 for every ten (10) qualifying licenses purchased.
The credit:
• is applied toward the relevant software agreement
• is non-transferable
• has no cash redemption value
• cannot be exchanged for cash
• cannot be transferred to another agreement or customer
7. Fixed Credit Value
The NZD $500 promotional credit value is fixed for the duration of the promotion.
Spatial Computing Solutions Ltd reserves the right to adjust its software pricing at any time. Any such pricing adjustments do not alter the promotional credit value.
8. Hardware Supply and Availability
Complimentary hardware supplied under this promotion consists of Meta Quest 3S (128GB) headsets.
Hardware supply is subject to:
• manufacturer availability
• regional distribution constraints
• country-specific inventory levels
• shipping and import restrictions
Hardware delivery timelines may vary depending on Meta’s regional stock availability and distribution channels.
Spatial Computing Solutions Ltd does not guarantee simultaneous hardware availability in all countries.
Where hardware delivery is delayed due to manufacturer or distribution limitations, reasonable efforts will be made to communicate updated delivery expectations.
9. Hardware Substitution
Spatial Computing Solutions Ltd reserves the right to substitute an equivalent or comparable hardware device if the Meta Quest 3S becomes unavailable due to supply chain constraints from the manufacturer.
Any substitute device will be of similar functionality and comparable value.
10. Hardware Warranty and Support
All hardware supplied under this promotion is manufactured by Meta Platforms, Inc.
Hardware warranty, replacement, and support services are provided by the manufacturer and are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty terms and regional support policies.
Spatial Computing Solutions Ltd does not provide additional hardware warranties beyond those provided by the manufacturer.
11. Installation and Configuration
Hardware supplied under this promotion is provided as standard manufacturer hardware. Institutions are responsible for installing and configuring the Virtual Medical Coaching software platform in accordance with the documentation provided. Spatial Computing Solutions Ltd may provide onboarding guidance, but does not provide installation services unless separately contracted.

12. Software Licensing
All software licenses purchased under this promotion remain subject to the Virtual Medical Coaching software license agreement and applicable platform terms of use.
This promotion does not modify or replace the standard licensing terms governing the Virtual Medical Coaching platform.
13. Verification of Orders
Spatial Computing Solutions Ltd reserves the right to verify:
• order quantities
• eligibility criteria
• institutional status
Hardware allocations are confirmed only after the associated software agreement has been executed.
Orders that do not satisfy the promotion conditions may be excluded from the promotion.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spatial Computing Solutions Ltd shall not be liable for:
• hardware supply delays caused by manufacturers or distributors
• regional inventory limitations
• shipping delays outside the reasonable control of Spatial Computing Solutions Ltd
• customs or import restrictions
• hardware defects covered by manufacturer warranties
15. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
Any dispute arising in connection with this promotion shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
16. Promotional Nature
This promotion is a one-time commercial offer associated with qualifying licence purchases for the 2026 academic intake. The provision of promotional hardware or contract credit under these Terms and Conditions does not create any obligation for Virtual Medical Coaching Ltd to provide similar promotions, hardware, credits, or incentives in future licence agreements, renewals, or subsequent cohorts unless explicitly agreed in writing.
17. Acceptance of Terms
Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
